A Bite of Hong Kong-“Hong Kong drifters” and their restaurants
This is a video project I led in 2017 when I took a seven-day summer program at Hong Kong Baptist University. It was the twenty-year anniversary after Hong Kong returning to the People Republic of China. This project aims to show how the new and old generations of “Hong Kong drifters”(港漂）adapt to Hong Kong by telling the story of three Hong Kong restaurants. This project was awarded as the first prize among ten projects in the summer program.

This is a video project made for the China Academy of Science, which aims to explain the complicated sciences in a simple and engaging way to the general public. This video was released to mainstream video platforms in China (such as Tencent, Phoenix, etc.)in January 2018.
